Most people realise that effective communication is vital for effective relationships. But how often are we really lazy in our choice of language?

We say or write things that can cause serious misunderstanding because we do not always think properly, before communicating.

If you recognise this problem and would like to improve your own communication skills, I strongly recommend looking at a concept called clean language - this is an extremely useful approach that can help many business and personal relationships.
