My response to the question: “no longer relevant”
the phrase “IT outsourcing/ offshoring” is no longer relevant because the world of connected enterprises has moved on. People who still talk about “IT outsourcing/ offshoring” need to take a long, hard look at what they hope to achieve from their organisation, rather than how they might simply alter the cost/ delivery model.
