Loading ...The BBC Panorama programme has investigated the state of public surveillance in the UK and raises very serious questions about privacy. However, I think the programme raises an equally, if not more important, issue: Information Governance in the public sector.
There can scarcely be a person in the country who has not been exposed to risk from the frequent lapses of security by government agents, particularly failures in the care and control of publicly held information.
